Pressure Esterfication


Esterfication is been done under pressure Continues or Batch system.
The optimum amount of H2so4 and methanol is use for every feed stock.These amount can differ from feed stock to feed stock.Any amount of ffa can be converted to biodiesel.Some work is been done on Chicken oil up to 12 % ff .Ostrich oil up to 6% ffa and beef tallow.Many test is been done on waste cooking oil.At this moment we sold a unit to Mosambiek that runs on coconut oil with ffa between 5 to 8%.(8000m lit batch)


This is 1500 lit process.
