Batch Process
NOTE:
- This is a multi-feadstock system.
- No nead for methanol recovery,close system excess methanol re-use in close sytem
- Mostly all losses in transesterfication like mono , di glycerides and ffa will be neutrolize in glycerol and then added back in system for esterfication.
- This will give you the highest yield possible because circilation of unesterified oil back into close loop,as well as axcess methanol
- Glycerol is been neutrolize and end up as a higher grade glycerol.(More applications)
